Global Accessibility Awareness Day OpenSpace Olympia

On May 21, I invite you to attend an OpenSpace meeting for Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD). The purpose of the day is to get people talking, thinking and learning about digital (web, software, mobile, etc.) accessibility and users with different disabilities.

http://globalaccessibilityawarenessday.org/

The target audience of GAAD is the design, development, usability, and related communities who build, shape, fund and influence technology and its use. While people may be interested in the topic of making technology accessible and usable by persons with disabilities, the reality is that they often do not know how or where to start. Awareness comes first.

This year’s GAAD Olympia will be an OpenSpace meeting with no preset agenda. If you have topics you would like to present on or discuss during the meeting, please be at the meeting area by 2:30pm.

This meeting is open to the public.

Please invite others.

Please contact me if you have questions.
